We take pride in offering premium-quality meat, sourced directly from Chalmar Beef, a trusted name in AAA-grade beef. Their cattle are pasture-raised and grain-finished, ensuring a consistent, high-quality supply to the South African market.

One of Chalmar’s unique advantages is its on-site abattoir, located just 800 meters from the farm. This eliminates transportation stress for the animals, resulting in superior meat quality.

Chalmar beef is also the preferred supplier to some of South Africa’s finest restaurants - and now, we bring that same quality straight to your home.

At our butchery, we source directly from Chalmar, then expertly portion and hand-cut the steaks to our preferred sizes, ensuring the perfect thickness for a flawless cook.

Our butchery, based in Heidelberg, Gauteng, is a proud family business that has been serving the community for over a decade. Built on passion, tradition, and a commitment to excellence, we’ve earned a reputation for offering only the finest cuts of meat.

At the heart of our butchery is the owner’s dedication to quality. Over the years, he has perfected his own unique steak cuts — shaped not only by customer feedback but also by his personal pursuit of the perfect steak experience.

We believe there are two key ingredients to a truly unforgettable steak:

1. Quality – We source exclusively from Chalmar Beef, renowned for its rich, flavorful beef and trusted by some of the top restaurants in South Africa.

2. The Cut – The size and precision of our cuts make all the difference. Our steaks are designed to deliver a perfect medium to medium-rare result — tender, juicy, full of flavor, and beautifully charred on the edges.

Once people taste our steaks, they rarely turn back. The growing demand from loyal customers inspired us to expand beyond our hometown. Today, we proudly deliver every two weeks to Sandton, Sandhurst, Craighall, Blairgowrie, and Nortcliff, and once a month to Hartbeespoort.
